'Dragon Ball Super' episode 34 spoilers, preview: Piccolo multiplies himself during match with Frost

 Toei Animation

After Son Goku defeated Botamo in episode 33 of "Dragon Ball Super," it will be Piccolo's turn to defeat the Universe 6 version of Frieza in episode 34.

In the previous episode, Son Goku was about to fight Frieza's Universe 6 counterpart called Frost after his fight with Botamo. Son Goku was obviously more powerful than Frost, but something unexpected happened when he suddenly got stuck in the middle of the ring.

Frost used the opportunity to attack, and after the injuries that he incurred during their fight, Son Goku was seen out of the ring looking unwell. It means that he lost the fight, and Frost will go on to fight another opponent in the upcoming episode of the popular Japanese anime TV series.

The trailer for episode 34, titled "Piccolo vs. Frost! Bet Everything on the Makankōsappō!" shows that Frost will take on a new opponent for the tournament. This time, Frost will fight Piccolo in the next round of the battle between Universe 6 and Universe 7.

Based on the trailer, Frost will stun Piccolo with a kick on his chest, throwing him across the ring, making his teammate Kabba proud. But Piccolo will make a surprising move by using the multi-form technique called Makankōsappō. This makes the fight interesting, since this will be the first time that Piccolo will use the technique. Because of this, Frost will be surprised with what Piccolo can do.

Aside from the match between Piccolo and Frost, speculations claim that the upcoming episode will also feature the explanation of Son Goku's possible condition after being injured by Frost. According to a prediction posted by Laughingstock Media on YouTube, Son Goku could possibly be inflicted with the returning heart virus. Will this affect the Universe 7's quest to win against the Universe 6 in the tournament?

Episode 34 of "Dragon Ball Super" airs on Fuji TV on Sunday, March 6.
