The first-person action shooter "Doom" is coming to the Nintendo Switch on Nov. 10 alongside other heavyweight titles like "L.A. Noire" and " The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim"

According to Engadget, video game company Bethesda said that the Switch port of "Doom" will come with all the available downloadable content (DLC) expansion packs. Some of these DLCs include "Unto the Evil," "Hell Followed" and "Bloodfall."

"Unto the Evil" introduces three brand-new multiplayer maps: Ritual, Offering and Cataclysm. Each map offers its own unique gameplay features. Ritual has players activating artifacts to kill enemies, Offering has players discovering ancient fortresses and Cataclysm has players exploring an abandoned spacecraft. New maps aside, "Unto the Evil" also gives players the chance play as the demon Harvester.

"Hell Followed," the second DLC pack, also introduces brand-new multiplayer maps. The maps are Orbital, Argent Breach and Molten, and similar to the first DLC, each map comes with its own quirks and features. A new playable demon, the Cacodemon, is also included.

The third DLC "Bloodfall" followed the formula of the DLCs that came before it. It introduces three more maps for multiplayer gameplay. The maps are Empyrian, Boneyard and Outbreak. The demon released with "Bloodfall" is the Spectre Pinky.

While the "Doom" port of the Nintendo Switch will contain all the updates and DLCs, the physical version of the game cartridge will only contain the single-player campaign due to technological constraints.

Players who purchase the physical copy can, however, download an update that will allow them to join in on the multiplayer adventures. Those who purchase digital copies will not have to worry about this.

Another difference in the Nintendo Switch version is that it will not contain the SnapMap editor.

"Doom" was first released for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in May 2016.
