The game developers of "Destiny" recently teased about another forthcoming patch update, which they claim would come out before "The House of Wolves" DLC pack is rolled out in the market. According to the weekly blog update posted by Bungie community manager David Dague, also known as DeeJ, the 1.1.2 patch will come out before the next expansion pack is released.

"Before the House of Wolves begins its own descent through the stratosphere with precious cargo in tow, you can expect another Destiny Update to come in for a landing," the Bungie representative said.

Meanwhile, Bungie reported during the annual Game Developers Conference in San Francisco that "Destiny" already has more than 17 million registered users. According to Christian Post, the game studio presented a user research study that stated the average playing time of each player, which is around three hours a day, higher than what the company earlier expected.

Since it was launched in September last year, Bungie promised to unveil new contents for the first person shooter game in a span of 10 years. It also confirmed that they will come up with two downloadable expansion packs.

The first DLC for the game titled "The Dark Below," released in December 2014, promises players to expand their adventures in the "Destiny" universe using new weapons, armors and gears. It allows them explore three new competitive multiplayer arenas and a brand new Strike and Raid mode.

The second expansion pack called "The House of Wolves" has the description: "The Queen's Fallen have purchased their freedom with Awoken blood. Hunt down the traitors and your debt to the Queen will be paid."

It will include "new story missions and a new raid, along with three fresh multiplayer maps and a new strike." It is expected to come out in the second quarter of the year. However, some rumors claim that it will be ready for release by May 19.
