Netflix will finally drop the entire second season of "Marvel's Daredevil" this week, showing the new challenges and adventures that blind lawyer Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) will encounter this season.

As the season 2 release date approaches, the cast and people behind the superhero series have started talking about what fans should look forward to in the sophomore installment of the show.

In a report by IGN, executive producer Jeph Loeb shared that fans will find out what will happen next in Matt's life and how the introduction of Elektra (Elodie Yung) and the Punisher (Jon Bernthal) in the beginning of the season will impact it.

"It was always Daredevil's story, how does it affect him, how does it affect Karen, how does it affect Foggy, how does it affect their world?" Loeb said.

Elden Henson, meanwhile, teased that while his character Foggy Nelson will have a little misunderstanding with Matt in season 2, their love for each other will remain. According to the actor, all Foggy wants is for his friend to be safe, especially during the times when Matt transforms into the Daredevil of Hell's Kitchen.

Meanwhile, the show's stunt coordinator Philip Silvera told Postmedia Network, as reported by Toronto Sun, that the Punisher will showcase his full potential as the murderous vigilante in "Marvel's Daredevil" season 2.

"Frank Castle has a military background and fans will see this at play," Silvera explained. He mentioned that there will be no unnecessary action sequences when the series returns on Friday.

"We're making sure we're delivering on last season. People are going to see heroes where one is willing to cross a line the other won't."

Fans of the series will also see steamy scenes, based on the latest trailer for season 2.

"Marvel's Daredevil" season 2 will be released in full by Netflix on Friday, March 18.
