Expect to see more screaming and other drama when "Dance Moms" returns for season 6 in January.

Based on the trailer for the upcoming season, Abby Lee Miller, her students, and their mothers at the Abby Lee Dance Company will once again deal with the pressure of joining different dance competitions. They also have to deal with one another's quirks at the same time.

Abby Lee is looking distraught in one of the scenes in the trailer. This could be caused by the reported legal issues that could be weighing her down.

"My hair's in rollers, I don't have a bra on and I have a huge legal issue going on. I'm finished!" Abby Lee said while crying.

Previous reports claimed that the owner of the ALDC was charged with 20 counts of fraud when she neglected to include all her assets when she filed for bankruptcy. She could be facing at least five years in jail and pay as much as $5 million as fine for the charges.

But aside from her legal woes, the dance studio director is also reportedly feuding with one of the producers of the show as well as some of her students' mothers.

In the trailer, Maddie Ziegler's mother Melissa Gisoni seems to be furious with the dance choreographer. Maddie's mother says, "She doesn't want to mess with me right now. I know so much stuff."

The trailer for the new season also shows Abby Lee's disagreements with the mothers. Some of them have a shouting fest with the parents of their students. A scene also shows the moms are walking away from the dance studio.

Meanwhile, Holly, the mother of student Nia Frazier, revealed that actress and "Grey's Anatomy" producer Debbie Allen wants to train her daughter in her own dance studio.

"Debbie Allen wanted to work with our girls. So if Abby's not prepared, there's a studio that wants us," Holly claimed.

"Dance Moms" season 6 is slated to premiere on Jan. 5 on Lifetime.
