The BAU will go after another disturbed UnSub in the next episode of "Criminal Minds" season 11.

In the episode titled "Inner Beauty," a facial surgeon-turned-criminal will be under investigation by the BAU after they received reports that he is transforming women's beautiful faces into something horrifying.

The official synopsis for the episode reads:

"The BAU searches for an UnSub who is purposely disfiguring victims. Also, Rossi (Joe Mantegna) has an awkward reunion with his ex-wife, Hayden Montgomery (Sheryl Lee Ralph), who kept his daughter, Joy, a secret from him for nearly 30 years."

Based on the trailer for the episode, the unstable state of mind of the UnSub is already noticeable in his collection of blond-haired dolls that have open cracks in the right portion of their faces. The BAU believes that the facial surgeon was behind the disfiguration of the dolls, and he also does this to his victims.

"He remakes them so he could destroy them," Agent Jennifer Jareau (A.J. Cook) says in the trailer.

Dr. Spencer Reid (Matthew Gray Gubler) also believes that the UnSub has a certain standard of beauty, which is why he wants to transform his victims.

"To him they're more beautiful," Dr. Reid said.

Meanwhile, TVLine reported that "Resurrection" alum Frances Fisher will appear in the penultimate episode of "Criminal Minds" season 11.

Showrunner Erica Messer revealed via the publication that Fisher will portray "a crazy UnSub who was put away by [Mandy Patinkin's] Jason Gideon 15 years ago."

Messer also revealed that the creepy UnSub used to operate a runaway hotline for teens with her husband in the past, where they severely punished those who misbehaved. The showrunner also admitted that they really wanted to work with Fisher for a longtime, but "we're so glad it didn't, because she was made to be this UnSub for us."

"Criminal Minds" season 11 episode 20 airs Wednesday, April 13, on CBS.
