Candace Cameron Bure receives heartfelt letter from son that brings her to tears

"Fuller House" star Candace Cameron Bure was brought to tears during her son's birthday - and it's for all the right reasons.

Bure first greeted her son Lev a happy birthday on Instagram (@candacecbure). "February 20, 2000 I gave birth to my second child (at 23) - this little jellybean. What a man he's grown up to be. Happy birthday Lev! I love you SO much," she captioned the post.

After her greeting, Bure received a sweet letter from her son that reduced her to tears. "This boy... I mean... @levvbure - I was buried in that shoulder for a few minutes. At least," she wrote on the post. In it, Bure was seen hiding her face on her son's shoulder, seemingly because she was crying.

In the next photo, Bure shared the letter that really tugged her heartstrings. "Mom! I first just need to say thank you. You have literally put your life down for me. You helped, encouraged, cared for, loved, worked, and really done everything for me. I would be nowhere near close to where I am today if it wasn't for you," Lev wrote to his mom.

The young boy added that his father, retired professional hockey player Valeri Bure, helped him with athletics. "But the man I have become I owe to you," his note continued. "My love, patience, and heart came from you. I owe it all to you. Thank you!"

"This day is about you, not me. I literally would not be here if it wasn't for you ... literally. We should be celebrating you and papa!" he further wrote."My life is so blessed and like no other because of you. No one in the universe could possibly replace you. I love you with all my heart."
