"Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" finally returned from a brief hiatus via its chapter 11. While the current chapter shows Naruto and Tentou (the son of Daimyo whom he watches over as a bodyguard) off to a bad start, it is said that the upcoming chapter 12 of the manga series will finally feature the two getting along.
"Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" chapter 11 kicks off with a brand-new story arc for the manga series after its chapter 10 concluded its first story arc with events similar to the those in "Boruto" movie. In the said chapter, Boruto is introduced to another aspect of being a ninja as he is assigned to act as a bodyguard to Daimyo Madoka's son, the bratty Tentou.
Apart from the fact that Boruto resents the idea of being a babysitter of sort, his first meeting with Tentou will even make him dislike what he is tasked to do as Daimyo's son tells him that he looks shabby for a Hokage's son. However, it is alleged that the two young boys will eventually get along well as they have one common denominator: their passion for the new card game, Extreme Ninja Scrolls (ENS).
However, it is also likely for the friendship between Boruto and Tentou to stem from deeper events. As the current chapter reveals that Shojoji is actually the leader of the thieves who robbed Konoha banks, and Konoha ninjas know that he has the ability to copy not only other people's but their respective memories, too, it is now suspected that the Daimyo featured in the chapter is not the real one but Shojoji in disguise.
In the event that the Daimyo in the company of Naruto and other hokages is, indeed, Shojoji, it goes without saying that Tentou's life may be in danger, and Boruto will get into action in saving him eventually. With this, it is possible for Naruto and Tentou to become good friends after the former saves the latter.
