Black Friday PC games sale news: The Humble Store, GOG discount hundreds of games ahead of Black Friday

Black Friday has been a massive event for sales, with almost all of the gadget and technology stores putting most of their products on discounts and deals. Fortunately, gamers do not have to wait for Black Friday to come, as a few shops are giving discounts before then.

According to GameSpot, The Humble Store will be hacking off prices of hundreds of games. What will excite gamers is the fact that these discounts will also apply to some of the most popular ones still being played by the current generation. "Project Cars 2" is now at $36 while "Resident Evil 7," which was only released earlier this year, is down to $30.

With the news of the new "L.A. Noire" for the Nintendo Switch, PC gamers can get the "L.A. Noire Complete Edition" for only $18. "Dead Rising 4" is also down to $24. Other games that have gotten huge discounts include "Hotline Miami," "Street Fighter V," "Planet Coaster," and "Hatoful Boyfriend."

The Humble Store is also apparently giving out the 2009 action-adventure game "Brutal Legends" completely free for a limited time. Players who have been wanting to get the Jack Black-voiced game will be able to do so today, Nov. 22. Gamers can directly go to The Humble Store website and search for the game. While they are at it, they can search for all the other games on sale.

In other PC games news, GOG is also already having their sale ahead of Black Friday as well. If The Humble Store, despite its long list of discounted games, does not have the game players want, they can check GOG as they too have hundreds of discounted games. These games include "The Witcher 3 Game of The Year Edition" at only $20 while "Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice's" is at $22.49.

Finally, if the rumors are true, then Steam, the popular digital game distribution platform, will also be revealing their own sale within the week in preparation for Black Friday.
