Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner divorce updates: Actor finally moves out of L.A. property to make transition for kids manageable

After living in the same property with his would-be officially estranged wife, Jennifer Garner, for almost two years despite their separation, Ben Affleck has finally moved out and now has a place of his own.

Hope for a reconciliation between Affleck and Garner is becoming bleaker. According to a source of People, Affleck moved out of the guest house in their Los Angeles property that he occupied since he and Garner separated in 2015 just a few weeks after the two finally filed for divorce. Reportedly, Affleck's moving out of the property stems from his and Garner's desire to make the transition manageable for their children as much as possible.

"He's moving fairly close by and it's all in step with what they've always said was the most important thing: their children" an incognito source reveals to People.

Despite the change in the setup of their family now, it is said that Sundays will always be the same for Affleck, Garner, and their kids as it is the most special day of the week for them. According to another source of people, the day is a special family day for the estranged couple and their kids as they go to church together and bond over dinner.

To recall, it was in June 2015 when Affleck and Garner announced their separation. While many thought that the falling apart of the marriage was because of Affleck's alleged affair with their kids' nanny, Garner clarified in an interview last year that she and Affleck had already called it quits way before the rumored affair grabbed headlines.

"We had been separated for months before I ever heard about the nanny. She had nothing to do with our decision to divorce. She was not a part of the equation," Garner told Vanity Fair in an exclusive interview.

Despite the separation, though, Affleck and Garner managed to live in the same property to ensure their three children — Violet, Seraphina, and  Samuel — get normal parenting.
