The return of "Arrow" season 3 will answer some of the questions that were left hanging when the midseason finale aired early last month.

In the upcoming episode 10 titled "Left Behind," Olicity fans will finally learn about Felicity Smoak's (Emily Bett Rickards) real feelings for Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell). Their relationship as friends and potential lovers has been highly erratic all season, but executive producer Andre Kreisberg teased that Felicity will begin to open up about how she really feels for the Green Arrow after she almost lost him due to his near-fatal battle against Ra's al Ghul (Matt Nable).

"She speaks up! She definitely speaks up, but not quite in the way I think people are expecting. She has a lot of strong feelings," the co-executive producer shared. "This season is really about them saying all the things they've never said ... after two years of teasing each other."

Marc Guggenheim, the show's other executive producer, also mentioned that Felicity and Oliver will have strong scenes together in the future episodes. He said that Felicity will have a very moving scene in episode 12.

Meanwhile, fans will also discover Ra's al Ghul's reaction after he finds out that he was not successful in getting rid of Oliver during their trial by combat on top of a cliff. Fans are speculating that the Green Arrow will earn Ra's respect once he resurfaces after his alleged death. Speculations say that he could even be invited to become Ra's protégé.

Nable seems to agree with the fan theories, saying that he believes that there is a possibility for his character and Oliver to work together in the future. Yet the actor said that he has no liberty to discuss that part of the story at the moment.

"Arrow" season 3 returns on the small screen on Jan. 21 following its winter break, and The CW announced that it will come back for a fourth season.
