As the death toll in Elsa Mars' (Jessica Lange) carnival increases, someone will start to get suspicious about her involvement in the mysterious disappearances of the freaks in the upcoming episode of "American Horror Story: Freak Show."

Based on the synopsis for episode 8 titled "Blood Bath," Ethel (Kathy Bates) will start to become doubtful about Elsa's involvement in the sudden disappearances of people around the camp.  The synopsis reads:

"Recent disappearances around camp raise Ethel's suspicion of Elsa. Gloria makes a last ditch effort to contain Dandy's bloodlust.

Last episode, Madam Petit (Jyoti Amge) was brutally murdered by Dell (Michael Chiklis) in keeping with his promise to Stanley (Denis O'Hare) that he'd kill one of the freaks. Dell was supposed to kill Amazon Eve (Erika Ervin), but his plans backfired after she kicked him hard. Since he knew that Madam Petit was an easy prey, the resident carnival strongman decided to take her life instead.

Dell managed to killed the tiny lady in the most heartbreaking way possible – death by hugging. He tricked Madam Petit by giving her a new dress, but when she gave him a hug as an act of appreciation, Dell hugged her back too tightly to break her neck.

But Madam Petit is not the only person missing at the camp. Back in episode 5, Elsa dropped off the conjoined twins Bette and Dot (Sarah Paulson) at the Motts' house after Gloria (Francis Conroy) asked her to buy them for her mentally challenged son Dandy (Finn Wittrock). Elsa told everyone that the twins decided to run away from the circus, but Ethel's son Jimmy saw through Elsa's lies and discovered the girls at the mother-and-son's property.

Meanwhile, Gloria will do anything in her power to keep her son from killing another soul this season. In the past episode, Dandy told his mother that his only purpose on Earth is to kill people. But what can Gloria do in order to prevent her son from committing another bloody murder?

"American Horror Story: Freak Show" will be on a break this Thanksgiving week, but the show will be back on Dec. 3 for its eighth episode.
