2017 Mercedes E-Class release date: New prototypes teased; car rumored to appear at Paris Motor Show

Mercedes-Benz is preparing to launch a new generation of automobiles in the E-Class series sometime in spring this year.

The 2017 Mercedes-Benz E Class is the fifth generation of the car maker's exclusive line of executive cars that will include a sedan, which will fall under the W213 model, and the station wagon S213 model.

The new line of Mercedes-Benz E Class was first revealed in January 2016, but new prototypes are already teased in the market.

CarScoops revealed that the design of the new line of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, called the E-Class Estate, looks like a combination of its sedan model on the front while its rear is based on the C-Class Estate.

According to the report, the power of the self-leveling suspension on its rear will be included upon purchase. Independent revealed that the automobile will come with various equipment, including an AMG trim, 19-inch alloys, Parking Pilot, sleek Saddle brown Nappa Leather upholstery for its seats, heated seats in front, reverse camera, Garmin navigation, 64 color ambient lighting, built-in Bluetooth, Adaptive Break Assist, and several airbags for passenger protection.

It was also earlier revealed that the automobile's center console storage compartment will have a wireless charging mat that can be used for charging mobile devices, as well as a USB connector that can be used for Apple CarPlay features. It will also come with two additional USB connections as well as an SD card slot that can be seen in the armrest storage compartment, according to a report from Autocar UK in January 2016.

Rumors claim that the 2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class will be make its debut during the 2017 Paris Motor Show in October, but the car manufacturer has yet to confirm the reports.
