March is already here and that means one exciting thing for Xbox players with their Xbox Live Gold membership: free games. The list of free Xbox Games with Gold for this month of March has already been revealed and lists some interesting games that players may definitely want to try out.

On the Xbox One, players can play "Trials of the Blood Dragon" and "Superhot" all for free. The former, when playing the game, may seem quite similar and even nostalgic to "Far Cry 3" since it is after all the spinoff of its downloadable content (DLC), "Blood Dragon." "Superhot," on the other hand, is a weird but ultimately fun first-person shooter game taking a break from all battle royale games.

As for the Xbox 360 players, they get "Brave: The Video Game" and "Quantum Conundrum." "Brave" is already quite straightforward being based on the popular Disney movie following nearly the same storyline but puts it in the player's perspective. The latter is a puzzle-platformer video game that has received a high rating from multiple reviewers.

Even though February has ended, there are still some games from that month's list that people can still play until the first half of March. "Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India" will be available until March 15. As for the Xbox 360 games, "Brave" will be available until March 15 as well but "Quantum Conundrum" will only be playable after then, on March 16 until March 31, 2018.

For the newer subscribers especially for those with an Xbox One, they can play the Xbox 360 games if they wanted to via the Backward Compatibility feature of the console. To do this, they just have to run the game and presumably some patches.

On the other hand, for those who do not have the subscription yet, they may opt to get these games and future monthly games for free. The Xbox Live Gold membership costs $60 for a year, $25 for three months and $10 for a month.
