Microsoft, the creator of Xbox, announced the new games available this month of February for Xbox Games with Gold members. These are "Shadow Warrior" (February 1–28) and "Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India" (February 16–March 15) for Xbox One, and "Split/Second" (February 1–15) and "Crazy Taxi" (February 16–28) for both Xbox One and Xbox 360.

"Shadow Warrior" is a first-person shooter game. Players will take on the role of Lo Wang, an assassin, who was sent to retrieve an ancient katana from Mizayaki. A fight ensued after Mizayaki refused to sell the katana. Not long after, demons attacked Mizayaki's compound and the demon, Hoji, who was bonded to Mizayaki broke free when Mizayaki died. Wang made an alliance with Hoji to retrieve the sword. Wang soon learned that the sword he is after, named Nobitsura Kage, is made of three swords that have the ability to slay immortals and demons. From then on, Wang and Hoji will venture to find the three swords, merge them into one and fight demon gods along the way.

"Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India" is the second game in the "Assassin's Creed" franchise. The game is set in Amritsar, India in 1841, the time when tensions between the Sikh Empire and the East India Company started escalating. It follows the story of Arbaaz Mir who was tasked to stop a Master Templar from stealing the Koh-i-Noor diamond. He must secure the diamond while at the same time, protect the life of the woman he loves, Princess Kyara Kaur, the maharajah's niece.

"Split/Second" is both a multiplayer and a two-player arcade racing game. Players take part in a racing reality television show. They must build up their "power play" by performing stunts such as jumping, drafting and drifting. Power play allows players to manipulate the game by creating obstacles for opponents, using a shortcut or altering the race track.

"Crazy Taxi" is the first game in the "Crazy Taxi" series. The players' main goal is to pick up as many customers as they can and take them to their chosen destinations in the quickest way possible. Players must make sure that they drop their customers before the time runs out. Money can be earned by performing stunts on top of the customers' fare.
