Enzo (Michael Malarkey) continues to torment Stefan's (Paul Wesley) life, and fans will finally find out why he is bent on hurting the younger Salvatore in the upcoming episode of "The Vampire Diaries" season 6. The series' executive producer confirmed this information during an interview with Alloy Entertainment.
"We are definitely going to get to that — why Enzo is keen on [ruining] Stefan's life — in the next episode," the executive producer said.
In that episode, dubbed as "Woke Up With A Monster," Enzo finds out about Sarah Salvatore's (Tristin Mays) existence. This means that whatever Stefan was hiding from his older brother Damon (Ian Somerhalder) will finally be revealed.
Will Damon find out that Sarah is the daughter of a person he killed back in 1994?
However, there are speculations saying that Damon already knows about Sarah, and he also kept it a secret from Stefan. Stefan has been taking care of Sarah from the time her mother died, making sure that she grew up with a good family, and he has kept track of her since she was little until now that she has become an Art Major at Duke University.
Meanwhile, Stefan and Caroline (Candice Accola) are going on little road trip together. After recently reigniting their friendship in the wake of Sheriff Forbes' (Marguerite MacIntyre) bout with cancer, Stefan and Caroline embark on a journey to find a cure for her mother's illness.

"When Damon (Ian Somerhalder) discovers Elena (Nina Dobrev) has been kidnapped by Kai (Chris Wood), he is forced to rethink his strategy after an unexpected visitor throws a wrench into his plan. After bringing Sheriff Forbes (Marguerite MacIntyre) home from the hospital, Caroline travels with Stefan to North Carolina in search of a cure for her mother's cancer. Meanwhile, Stefan, who has his own intentions for traveling to North Carolina, is caught off guard when Enzo (Michael Malarkey) shows up demanding to know what Stefan is hiding."
