Creative Assembly, the video game developer behind popular games "Total War" and "Alien: Isolation" has recently released a job advertisement on their page. According to the studio, they are apparently going to work on a new big game.

According to PCGamesN, an insider from the studio says that this is no ordinary game, as it will be the "the biggest multiformat project Creative Assembly has ever undertaken." The job listing displays multiple positions available, all of which suggest that a new game is about to be made.

Normally, it may seem just a standard job posting for any company, but fans have noticed the fact that they are hiring a Senior Meta Game Designer, a Lead Systems Designer, and a Lead Technical Artist. All of them are connected to a new "IP" or game.

Although there were no other details given about what this new game could be about, the job descriptions for each position on this new game could at least give fans some idea. There are mentions of weapons, skill sets, abilities, gadgets, and "other underlying gameplay systems." That said, the first clue would probably lead to saying that it may be a role-playing (RPG) game.

The job description for the Senior Meta Game Designer reads that they must be able "to make their mark on our new undisclosed IP contributing to creation of genre-defining games and working with the industry's top developers." Emphasizing "genre-defining," this may just be an exaggeration of what the company wants from their applicants, but this could also align with what the alleged insider revealed.

Lastly, it also looks like they might be partnering up with other studios for this game just like how they did with 343 Industries for "Halo Wars 2." According to the post for the Lead Technical Artist, he or she must be able to quickly communicate ideas to 3rd parties and stakeholders.

As for now, they may have not yet found the right candidates for the job, so they probably would not reveal anything yet.
