Sharon's (Sharon Case) deepest, darkest secrets are about to be exposed, but she will do everything that she can to stop it from coming out in the next episode of "The Young and the Restless."

According to the spoilers for Wednesday's episode, Sharon will do everything that she can to stop Mariah (Camryn Grimes) from asking her about what she is trying to hide. But it seems like Mariah will not bulge, and Sharon will be forced to reveal that Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush) was the one who drugged her and told her that her son Sullivan is actually Sage (Kelly Sullivan) and Adam's (Justin Hartley) son Christian, whom they thought passed away as a child.

Spoilers for the episode claim that Mariah will be fuming mad after she learns that Sharon refused to tell Nick (Joshua Morrow) the truth. But Sharon will defend her actions, saying that she already loved the child as her own.

Now that Mariah knows that Sage also knew about the truth before she died in a car crash, the former con artist is worried that Sage wrote about it in her journal. This means that she must find the journal before Dylan (Steve Burton) finds it first. This will make her persuade Sharon to come clean about the truth before anyone could expose it.

But on Thursday's episode, Sharon's supposed confession to Dylan will be interrupted. Nick will arrive on the scene just before Sharon could tell Dylan everything to announce that he wants Adam to be arrested. Sharon will feel that she could still keep her secret, but Mariah will continue arguing about it with her.

Just when Sharon tells Mariah that she intends to keep Sully's paternity a secret, Dylan will suddenly walk in and overhear their conversation. Will he finally learn the truth about Sully?

"The Young and the Restless" airs weekdays on CBS.
