Game developer CD Projekt RED released the newest trailer for the highly anticipated action role-playing game "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" days prior to its worldwide release.

The latest trailer shows the vicious monsters that are scattered all over the Northern Kingdoms and explains how they were created. It also offers a few tips about the best way to fight these creatures.

One of the tips mentioned by senior gameplay designer Damien Monnier is to research and study the creatures. He said that it is very important to know where the monsters can be found, how they attack, and the things that could scare them the most. After knowing all of these, players can then device a plan to kill them.

Aside from the trailer, the game developer also announced that they will release the third installment of "The Witcher" series through its own DRM free digital distribution service known as GOG Galaxy from GOG.com.

Vice President of Online Technologies Piotr Karwowski of GOG.com explained the advantages of releasing "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" in their own platform, saying, "With GOG Galaxy, we can start bringing new, big games to GOG.com. The first major release will be The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, which will offer automatic updates, achievements and stats. We're getting ready to release and fully support even more AAA titles in the future."

"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" offers the explosive conclusion of the adventures of Geralt of Rivia, the main protagonist of the series. This time, Geralt will have to face a very personal mission while the world order continues to evolve. He will face the mystical army called the Wild Hunt as they invade the Northern Kingdoms.

"The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" will be released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on May 19.
