'The Walking Dead' season 7 spoilers, deaths: will two characters lose their lives to Negan and Lucille?

Who dies in "The Walking Dead season 7? AMC/Gene Page

AMC is doing every precaution there is so as to avoid leaks on who dies in the "The Walking Dead" season 7 finale. However, there appear to be details that still seep through.

According to Blasting News, Glenn (Steven Yeun) will be the one who gets a taste of Negan's beloved weapon in "The Walking Dead" season 7.

It comes as a little surprise since this is Glenn's fate in the comic books by Robert Kirkman that inspired the show. However, Glenn won't be the only casualty in "The Walking Dead" season 7.

The same site claims that Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) will also meet his demise there because he supposedly helped Glenn as he took a beating from a ruthless Negan.

Of course, like most "The Walking Dead" spoilers out there, this report should be taken with a pinch of salt. Nevertheless, it is still an interesting premise to think about.

Learning who dies in "The Walking Dead" season 7 prior to the premiere will be a bit challenging, especially because AMC is taking the extra mile in protecting the most precious of details.

There's a rumor going around that the network filmed all death scenes involving all 11 characters that Negan chose from in the season 6 finale. The producers will just simply have to pick which one makes the cut.

Meanwhile, speaking about how much of "The Walking Dead" comics will reflect the show, executive producer Greg Nicotero told Digital Spy that there are some things they will do and won't do.

"I don't think we would be doing the material justice if we just regurgitated it word for word," Nicotero said. "There are iconic moments, and there are things that we will pay tribute to, and even if we don't do it exactly the same way that we find it in the comic book, we will find a way for fans of the graphic novel to feel like they are getting their money's worth," he went on to say.

When "The Walking Dead" season 7 premieres this fall, it will pick up from where season 6 left off, which saw an unseen character being dealt with using Lucille.
