The return of "The Talking Dead" is as exciting as the midseason premiere of "The Walking Dead" season 6 with amazing guests set to join host Chris Hardwick for a round of talks about episode 9 of the hit post-apocalyptic drama.

According to IGN, the upcoming episode of "The Walking Dead" titled "No Way Out" will have Greg Nicotero all over it. This can only mean that there will be blood, deaths and a stellar spectacle of zombie gore and guts courtesy of the executive producer.

Nicotero will be talking to Hardwick in "The Talking Dead" about the filming of "No Way Out" and how the zombies look as terrifying and as atrocious as they need to be in the mega-successful AMC drama.

Grammy award-winning country singer Carrie Underwood will also be joining the zombie discussion in "The Talking Dead." The "Before He Cheats" hitmaker is a huge fan of "The Walking Dead" and will be perfect to represent fans during the conversation.

According to the official AMC website, a "surprise cast member" will be crashing the party to share more insight about the midseason premiere of "The Walking Dead" season 6. There remains no clue as to who this mystery star is but it will sure be exciting to find out.

Meanwhile, "Castle" lead star Nathan Fillon was supposed to be in the new "The Talking Dead" episode this Valentine's Day as well. However, his appearance was moved to next week, thanks to some schedule mishap.

In related news, AMC has given fans the power to choose which celebrity they want Hardwick to join on the couch with a contest called the Search for the Ultimate Fan. Get all the details here.

"The Talking Dead" airs on Feb. 14 at 10 p.m. ET, right after "The Walking Dead" season 6 midseason premiere "No Way Out." Watch the livestream on AMC.com and the AMC app. Head to TalkingDead.com or Play Dead from a smartphone or tablet to participate in the discussion.
