Electronic Arts and Maxis want "The Sims 4" players to have a memorable virtual Valentine's celebration with an all-new DLC called Romantic Garden Stuff. The showpiece of this expansion pack is the Whispering Wishing Well with a wicked sense of humor.
This item has the ability to "alter the fate of your Sim's lives forever" either in a good way or bad. Players can wish in the Whispering Wishing Well for health, romance, happiness, wealth or anything else. However, it won't always go the way players want to.
Wishing for love in the Whispering Wishing Well when in a bad mood will result to a "bad romance" or a "torrid love affair." In a torrid love affair, "The Sims 4" players' Sim gets a new partner who is "completely contemptible but inexplicably attractive."
Asking the well for riches comes with a price and a big one at that. While lucky ones will get moneyed in a snap upon requesting for a glittering pile of hard cash, the well will sometimes present a different and crazy way to get hold of some money.
"It offers up a juicy morsel of gossip, a rumor so vile that if you threatened another Sim with exposing this secret they'd surely pay to ensure your silence," EA writes about how the yearning for riches could go another way with the Whispering Wishing Well.
"The Sims 4" players who want the well to pop out an adorable little baby could end up becoming parents of a ghost child. Thankfully, the Whispering Wishing Well is powerful enough to grant the dead a second chance at life and even escape death.
Lastly, the Whispering Wishing Well presents a 50 percent chance that those who wish for happiness will be a ball of sunshine day and night. Sadly, there's also the possibility that the well will vacuum out all the joy out of a Sim, leaving them more miserable than they used to be.
"The Sims 4" Romantic Garden Stuff is now available. Apart from the Whispering Wishing Well, the expansion pack also comes with the Fountain of Gluteus Maximus and The Lost Gardens of Healing.
