Bravo is gearing up to launch a new phase in the lives of the Manhattan housewives in "The Real Housewives of New York City" season 8.

The new season, which premieres Wednesday, will introduce a new Housewife, Julianne "Jules" Wainstein. She is reportedly the only one married in the current cast of the hit Bravo show.

The network revealed that Jules and Dorinda Medley are longtime friends, and she was the one who introduced the newbie to the show. The new Housewife went to the Fashion Institute of Technology, the same school as co-star Ramona Singer. She is also reportedly splitting her time between the three homes, in Manhattan, Water Mill, and Miami, that she owns with her husband and two kids Jagger and Rio. She also works as an events planner and assistant buyer and designer for a boutique fashion company based in SoHo.

Also, the newbie is keen on reminding everyone about her lineage. She even mentioned it in her tagline for the upcoming season, which reads: "A Jew and an Asian walk into a bar...then they had me!"

All the other Housewives shared their taglines for "The Real Housewives of New York City" season 8. They are as follows:

  • Sonja Morgan: "If being Sonja is so wrong, why does it feel so right?"
  • Countess Luann de Lesseps: "If you can't be cool, you can't be with the Countess."
  • Carole Radziwill: "I plan for the future, but live in the moment."
  • Ramona Singer: "Like a fine wine, I just get better with time."
  • Bethenny Frankel: "If you can't handle the truth, you can't handle me."
  • Dorinda Medley: "Diamonds aren't a girl's best friend, martinis are!"

Meanwhile, Ramona shared some spoilers with Hollywood Take before the reality series begins this week. She said that there will be several exciting alliances happening this year.

"Last year LuAnn and I didn't get along so well. And this year our relationship is much deeper. Last year Bethenny and I got into it, but I learned a lot about Bethenny this year. I'm showing more of my inner side to other people. The biggest thing you will be seeing on the show is the relationship between LuAnn and Tom," Ramona revealed.

"The Real Housewives of New York City" season 8 premieres on Wednesday, April 6.
