'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' season 6: Yolanda is called out for Lyme disease claims in episode 9

The next episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 6 will not be short of surprises, drama and more surprises. Everyone seems to be venturing into business now and Ken has a pretty outrageous business idea of his own.

Ken is putting up a restaurant and his wife Lisa Vanderpump had the pleasure (or not) of checking out the space where the new bistro will soon be put up. To her horror, she finds that it is actually a sex shop that occupies the place. It should knock her for six if she learns her husband is actually keeping that theme.

The upcoming "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 6 episode will also entangle Lisa V. in another mess, this time involving Yolanda. As everyone shares a nice meal, she and Kyle Richards start questioning her about her claims about her children having Lyme disease.

It looks like some housewives are not buying her claim, but she is not fazed. "That's the worst part of it. When people think you're crazy. Something was really wrong," she defended in a previous "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 6 episode (via Us Weekly).

"There's nothing worse than being an intelligent woman like me and people doubting what you're saying, including your family and friends," she added. In fact, she feels "pity" for those who think she is blabbing because they just can't wrap their heads around it.

As for Kyle, whose party for the opening of her Hamptons pop-up shop in the last "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 6 installment has quickly become all about her sister, she will be the host of a BBQ "where the main course is confrontation," as Bravo teases it.

Kyle hates talking about the person she does not talk to – her sister Kim – and it seems that the housewives are insensitive about that as Kim became a hot topic over dinner. "I am tortured, but it's a personal thing. It's affected me deeply and I can't talk about it," she said (via People).

While it is unclear if the next episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 6 will see Kyle braving Kim-centered discussions, Kathryn seems to be finally stepping up to make Faye Resnick feel the grudge she has been hoarding for two decades.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 6 episode 9 airs Jan. 26 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
