Erika Jayne seems to have found a new friend in Kyle Richards in the current season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

Early this week, the original cast member of Bravo's controversial reality show franchise reached out to the newbie on Twitter to thank her for an undisclosed reason. Jayne reciprocated the social media mention, saying that she got her back.

The "Rollercoaster" singer was first introduced in the series as one of Yolanda Foster's closest friends during a previous episode. But the latest Twitter interaction between Jayne and Richards revealed that the two may have a budding friendship, which could be a surprise because of the brewing animosity between Foster and Richards.

In the current season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" Richards and the other women are doubting whether Foster is telling the truth about the severity of her Lyme Disease. Because of the tweet exchange between Richards and Jayne, some speculations are currently circulating about its connection to Foster's controversial ailment.

Jayne, who is also known as Erika Girardy after marrying lawyer Tom Girardi, is one of the two women who replaced former cast members Kim Richards and Brandi Glanville in the series. The other one is Kathryn Edwards, wife of the NFL player Donnie Edwards.

Meanwhile, the episode synopsis for the next installment of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 6 revealed that the women will still talk about Foster's alleged illness.

CarterMatt shared the upcoming episode's synopsis, which is as follows:

"The women are intrigued with Yolanda's friend Erika, whose short skirt and flashy Cartier ring leave a memorable impression. Lisa Vanderpump pays an emergency visit to her veterinarian's office. Eileen inadvertently references Lisa Rinna's comment about Yolanda's illness in front of the other women — including Yolanda. Later, on the eve of getting her breast implants removed, Yolanda makes a startling announcement to her children."

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 6 airs Tuesdays on Bravo.
