'The Originals' season 3 episode 18 spoilers: Cami and Hayley risk lives for Klaus

Is Cami willing to risk her life to save Klaus? The CW

The annual Jazz festival in New Orleans will be tainted with blood as the Mikaelsons rush to save one of their own in the next episode of "The Originals" season 3.

The synopsis for the episode, titled "The Devil Comes Here and Sighs," reveals that an unexpected alliance will be formed against the original vampire siblings to be able to pin down Klaus (Joseph Morgan). But his siblings will not let them hurt him without a fight.

According to the synopsis, both Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and Freya (Riley Voelkel) will do everything they can to rescue their brother. But they did not expect that they have to face off with a very powerful entity during their rescue mission.

Meanwhile, Davina (Danielle Campbell) will ask for Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) and Vincent's (Yusuf Gatewood) help as she deals with Kol's (guest star Nathaniel Buzolic) increasingly erratic behavior after she resurrected him using the Stryx's power.

Cami (Leah Pipes) and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) will also act on their own to rescue Klaus. But this could be a life-threatening move for the women who were both romantically involved with the abducted Mikaelson. Can both of them survive the upcoming danger?

A spoilershared by Entertainment Weekly revealed that lives will be lost before the third season finale of "The Originals" season 3. When asked if Cami will be able to survive the current season of the series, the publication answered indirectly. "While not directly answering your question — or maybe I am! — I can exclusively reveal that The Originals will feature not one, not two, but three major deaths between Friday's episode and the end of the season. Get your tissues ready, OG fans!"

"The Originals" season 3 returns to The CW on Friday, April 15.
