Another bloody war is looming in New Orleans, based on a sneak peek at the upcoming episode of "The Originals" season 3.

In the promo trailer for episode 12 titled "Dead Angels," Vincent (Yusuf Gatewood) confronts Cami (Leah Pipes) about stealing the only weapon that could eradicate the most powerful vampires in the world. But Cami does not seem to care.

Based on the synopsis for the episode, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) will find himself facing an unlikely foe when the only weapon that could kill him and the rest of the Mikaelsons for good went to the wrong hands. Since Cami has been exuding a different behavior ever since she turned into a vampire, it could be possible that she will be the unexpected enemy that Klaus will have to face in the episode. Could this mean that Klaus and Cami will be fighting in the upcoming episode?

Meanwhile, Elijah (Daniel Gillies) is also seen in the trailer as he declares that he wants to regain the control of The Strix. But he will find himself challenged by the coven's current acting leader Aya (Tracy Ifeachor) to a violent and bloody showdown to stop him from his plans. However, the synopsis says that the standoff between the original founder of The Strix and its current leader will pave the way for the emergence of a possible new leader of the oldest vampire society.

A new coven composed of witches under the Strix is trying to influence Davina (Danielle Campbell) to help them find the remaining piece of the white oak tree that could kill the Mikaelsons. But the synopsis reveals that Divina will soon realize that she might be getting too excited about the idea that they could help her bring Kol back to life.

"The Originals" season 3 episode 12 is slated to air on Friday, Feb. 12, on The CW.
