Nickelodeon released a sneak peek for the very first episode of "The Legend of Korra" season 4, wherein Korra can be seen recovering from the epic battle that she had with Zaheer and the Red Lotus, which happened during the season 3 finale.

In the new video, the wheelchair-bound Korra is set to return to the Southern Water Tribe after staying away for several weeks, to continue healing. But it seems like it would take more time for Korra to be fully recovered both physically and mentally after the near-fatal battle.

The clip also shows Korra's friends Mako, Jinora, Tenzin, Asami and Bolin who are all saying their goodbyes as she finds her way to the ship that will take her home. Bolin promises to write her a letter to keep in touch all the time, while Asami proposes to go with her to the Southern Water Tribe. However, Korra turns the offer down and tells Asami that she needs some time alone.

Tenzin then tries to uplift Korra's wounded spirits by saying that he and the other new airbenders can take care of the whole "world peace" situation, which only aggravates Korra's concern that she is no longer needed to keep the balance.

After reaching the Southern Water Tribe, Korra wakes up from a creepy nightmare where she saw herself almost dying at the hands of Zaheer as he sucked the air from her lungs. This goes to show that she has to address a few issues in order to get things back to normal.

The clip shows the young protagonist's struggle to regain her inner balance, which also happens to be the central theme of season four, entitled "Balance."

"The Legend of Korra" season four possibly centers on Korra's self-struggle with her inner peace and to regain her confidence as the Avatar.

This will be the fourth and final chapter for the hit Nickelodeon animated series. :The Legend of Korra Season 4: Balance" will begin airing on on livestream on Oct. 3 via Nick.com.
