Vibe (Carlos Valdes) goes head-to-head with Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) in the upcoming episode of "The Flash" season 3.

Titled "I Know Who You Are," next week's episode will see Vibe fight against an all-new, stronger, and more menacing Killer Frost. According to the official synopsis, Barry (Grant Gustin) and the rest of Team Flash meet up with Tracy (guest star Anne Dudek), a scientist who might be holding the key to take down Savitar.

It turns out Killer Frost is also hunting Tracy down, so the team must square off with their old friend. The task of fighting Killer Frost proves to be very difficult for the whole team, particularly for Vibe. Meanwhile, Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Cecile's (guest star Danielle Nicolet) relationship takes a surprising turn.

The CW released a new promo for the episode, which gives fans a glimpse of how Vibe cannot find it in his heart to fight his old pal. The sneak peek shows Killer Frost bringing everything she has got to defeat Vibe, but the latter clearly does not want to hurt her in any way. Barry and company are forced to convince Vibe that Killer Frost is no longer the friend they have known and loved.

Panabaker recently caught up with TV Line and she shared some teasers on her character's return. The actress revealed that Killer Frost's agenda is to take down anyone who gets in her way, including her old friends.

"It's a real test of Killer Frost's abilities, and her devotion — how badly she wants to be a part of the dark side as they all sort of duke it out," Panabaker stated.

Although she was initially tapped to play the role of a very sweet scientist, Panabaker admitted that she has always looked forward to turning into Killer Frost. "It's something that I really wanted. It's a great way for people to see that this cast is capable of pulling off multiple characters," she added.

The third season of "The Flash" airs every Tuesday at 8 p.m. EDT on The CW.
