Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is causing huge problems in this week's episodes on "The Bold and the Beautiful." Proposals are supposed to be romantically-driven, but it seems that Dollar Bill's proposal to Steffy is nothing short of dramatic and ego-driven. Because Bill got the ball rolling, his rejected proposal will turn into a challenge and cause for revenge in this week's lineup.

According to spoilers on Monday's episode, Bill will propose to Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) but will get his rejection served cold. Viewers know that Steffy is still very much into her husband Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), but hard-headed and confident Bill stays persistent. However, once Steffy's dad Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) finds out about it, chances are, heads will roll as he still has a long-standing hatred for Bill.

According to other spoilers, phase one of Bill's plots has already begun as it seems he has started disinheriting both Liam and Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) with Justin's (Aaron D. Spears) help. Naturally, Steffy is infuriated and may even be tagged as the culprit of an upcoming crime against Bill, which involves him getting shot. It could also possibly be Ridge, for the same reasons as Steffy's. It could also be Quinn (Rena Sofer), Wyatt, or even Katie (Heather Tom) as they all have their personal motives and scores to settle with Bill.

Katie will also get his fair share of trials with Bill, as she is set to try her best to fight and keep her children away from him in the midst of their custody battle. However, when she goes to visit him to set off a discussion, she finds him in the aftermath of the shooting incident.

Meanwhile, Thomas (Pierson Fode) is back in Los Angeles. He is also out to get back at Bill. Thomas chose to do the right thing with Caroline Spencer (Linsey Godfrey) after Bill lied about her terminal illness. Perhaps this week will be Thomas' time to repair these damages?

Catch the upcoming episodes of "The Bold and the Beautiful" on CBS at 1:30 p.m. EST.

Does the Church of England need to re-think its messaging?

If you look at the Church of England’s communications all that it ever seems to highlight is the good works that Christians do to improve the temporal well-being of their neighbours. It is right to highlight these things, but they are not the primary reason for the Church’s existence.
