Liz (Megan Boone) is preparing to walk down the aisle in the next episode of "The Blacklist" season 3. But will Red (James Spader) let her marry Tom (Ryan Eggold) when the series returns in April?

In the episode titled "Mr. Solomon," the hit crime drama will channel the infamous "Red Wedding" of HBO's "Game of Thrones." This means that blood will spill during the supposedly romantic event in the life of Liz and Tom.

The trailer for the episode shows Red discouraging Liz from marrying the father of her child while she is putting on her make-up. "Please don't do this, Tom is not the man you think he is, he's a criminal," Red warns Liz.

The FBI agent seems to disagree with Red. She tells him that her fiancé has already changed. In the previous episodes of season 3, Tom exerted a lot of effort to transform himself into a better man. He even risked his life and nearly got killed by his former girlfriend Gina Zanetakos (Margarita Levieva) along the way. But these could not convince Red that Tom is no longer a criminal.

While Liz and Tom proceed with their wedding inside the church, Red is seen heavily armed outside. Will he resort to violence just to stop the two from getting married?

Meanwhile, fans of the series would be interested to learn more about Liz's mother, Katerina Rostova, in future episodes. In the previous episode titled "The Caretaker," Liz learned that her mother is still alive and Red lied to her about it. Will she finally learn the truth about her mother and why Red chose to keep it from her all this time?

"The Blacklist" season 3 episode 17 is slated to air on Thursday, April 7, on NBC.
