'The Bachelor' season 20 spoilers: Roundup of rumors on how the season will go down

In exactly one week, Ben Higgins will finally begin his quest to find true love in the 20<sup>th season of "The Bachelor."

In the latest promo for "The Bachelor" season 20, the 27-year-old software salesman from Denver, Colorado said that he is now "ready to find" his wife in his second appearance in ABC's long running dating reality franchise.

The video also showed the adventures of Higgins and the 28 beautiful women from different cities in the U.S. But while most of the women declared at different points of the competitionthat they are already in love with Higgins, only one of them will be getting his final rose.

Several women were seen crying in the trailer, claiming that he broke their hearts.

Some "The Bachelor" season 20 predictions from popular spoiler sites like Reality Steve said that Higgins will choose Amanda Stanton, JoJo Fletcher, Lauren Bushnell, and Caila Quinn to join him in the "Hometown Dates" part of the competition. However, it is said Stanton will be the one to go after the rose ceremony.

Then Higgins will bring the remaining women in the Sands Royal Plantation in Jamaica, where he will spend an entire night with each of them for the Overnight Dates. However, Quinn was reportedly sent home after the rose ceremony. This leaves Bushnell and Fletcher in the running to get Higgins's heart in the season finale.

The spoiler website also reported that Higgins will choose Bushnell to be the final rose recipient in the upcoming "The Bachelor" season 20.

But before the fans see Higgins go through a very difficult ordeal where he has to choose who among the gorgeous-looking ladies will have his heart, he will first appear as the main attraction in "The Bachelor" float during the 2016 Rose Parade on New Year's Day.

"The Bachelor" season 20 will premiere on Monday, Jan. 4, on ABC.
