JoJo Fletcher's season of "The Bachelorette" is now over. This means that the guessing game for the next star of "The Bachelor" is about to begin.

Based on the previous seasons of ABC's long-running dating reality show, the next eligible bachelor for "The Bachelor" season 21 could come from the men who were not fortunate to get the final rose from JoJo's stint in "The Bachelorette."

RealitySteve's Stephen Carbone told GuideLive in an interview that there is a huge chance that the next Bachelor would be JoJo's fourth placer, Luke Pell.

"Everything I'm hearing is Luke will be the next bachelor," Carbone said. "The fact he formerly served our country, Afghanistan, all-American boy — he's got the whole setup. It's just perfect."

"The Bachelorette" season 12 winner Jordan Rodgers also told Variety that he believes Luke could be a potential candidate for the upcoming season of "The Bachelor" because of his qualities. But he also nominated JoJo's top three suitor Chase McNary as a potential choice for the next Bachelor.

"Chase, I think people fell in love with him for much different reasons as he kind of let his walls down and opened up," Rodgers said.

He also mentioned that singer-songwriter James Taylor or radio DJ Wells Adams could also be good options for the next Bachelor if the show will decide to pick one outside the top 4.

However, JoJo would still like to consider first runner up Robby Hayes in the running to star in "The Bachelor" season 21.

"I'm just getting overwhelming responses to Luke and Chase just from how fans are reacting so those are the frontrunners as of right now. But Robby would be great, I think everyone is so deserving of love. I had such a great group of men," Fletcher said in the same interview.

The next season of "The Bachelor" is expected to premiere in 2017.
