'The Bachelor' 2016 finale spoilers, winner prediction: Who will Ben pick between Lauren and Jojo?

Ben prepares to lay down the decision that will change his life forever in "The Bachelor" 2016 finale. ABC

"The Bachelor" 2016 finale is coming soon, but before Ben Higgins's decision is officially revealed, there are predictions and spoilers as to who the software salesman will end up choosing between JoJo Fletcher and Lauren Bushnell.

[Spoiler Alert! Details about the finale follow] Ben has said that he is already engaged. According to  Reality Steve, it was Lauren that he proposed to. Reaching this decision wasn't easy since it also meant he broke JoJo's heart, especially after he told her he loved her as well.

"I have to say goodbye to a woman who doesn't deserve it...and I'm confused about that," Ben says in the sneak peek for "The Bachelor" 2016 finale, adding that his feelings for both JoJo and Lauren are "tearing me apart."

For a while now, there have been reports that Lauren will indeed be the woman Ben ultimately chooses, but the question of how he breaks this good news to her (and the bad news to JoJo) is what's making fans more anxious to see "The Bachelor" 2016 finale.

Before it all comes down to the life-altering final rose ceremony, Lauren and JoJo will have to meet Ben's parents again. Both make great impressions to them but Ben's mom Diane personally has a clear winner after meeting them both – JoJo.

"JoJo is way more my style, just because you refer to her as 'the first person who will reassure me, tell me it's going to be okay.' And that for me was really all I needed to hear," the Higgins matriarch said in a clip.

It looks like Ben really had a tough decision to make in "The Bachelor" 2016 finale. Either way, it looks like he's happy with whom he chose by the end of it all. Whether or not it really is Lauren that gets the final rose and an engagement ring from Ben will be revealed soon.

"The Bachelor" 2016 finale will air March 14 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
