'The 100' season 4 spoilers: Octavia goes on a killing spree

It would be a good idea not to mess with Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) in "The 100" season 4 because chances are the conversation will end bloody.

Fans were shocked when the waning moments of the previous season saw Octavia kill Pike (Michael Beach). In "The 100" season 4, however, such kind of killing will be a frequent sight to see.

During an interview with Showbiz Junkies, Avgeropoulos revealed that her character killed Pike with the belief that it will help her ease the pain of losing Lincoln (Ricky Whittle).

"You know, Octavia thought killing Pike would sort of band-aid that wound in her heart. It doesn't," the actress revealed, as quoted by The Inquisitr. However, it actually does the opposite and fans will see this take a toll on her in "The 100" season 4.

"It actually triggers something even more disappointing because she thought it would fix that and make it all better. She is going to do what she does best next season, and that's killing people. She doesn't enjoy or take pleasure out of it; she just knows that's her skill set," Avgeropoulos stated.

In a nutshell, "The 100" season 4 will be "a really emotional journey" for Octavia, a journey that will take her "in a really dark turn" and into "pretty nasty pastures."

Meanwhile, "The 100" season 4 will pit Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and the group into their most menacing adversary yet. Clarke will do her best to band everyone together to defeat the new enemy.

Lindsay Morgan revealed that her character Raven will surely be of great help to this undertaking as she was made better with the ALIE upgrade.

It remains to be seen if the same can be said for Octavia. As the rest works to minimize casualty in "The 100" season 4, it appears that she will do the exact opposite.

"The 100" season 4 premieres early next year on The CW.
