Those who were hoping to see Jun Kazama in action in the "Tekken 7" roster are in for bad news regarding the animal-loving fighter sometimes dubbed the Ecological Fighter.

When asked if the character will be included in the "Tekken 7" roster, game producer Katsuhiro Harada simply said that "We couldn't get an enough audience on TAG2 (about her)."

Harada was of course referring to "Tekken Tag Tournament 2,"where she was defeated and revived as the final boss by the name of Unknown. The "Tekken 7" producer's answer implied that Jun Kazama, who debuted in "Tekken 2," will not be included in the game as the character was not a big hit in "Tekken Tag Tournament 2." Attack of the Fanboy also believes that Jun Kazama would likely be left out as the story won't make sense with her in it as the character is long dead. She was only allowed to appear in "Tekken Tag Tournament 2" seeing that the game is not part of the main storyline of the fighting game series. "Tekken 7," as fans know, is canon, so Jun Kazama will unlikely be brawling it out soon in the game. However, if the fans show enough demand, she might end up being a downloadable content or DLC character. One of the biggest considerations in including characters in the "Tekken 7" roster is the support of fans behind them. This is why, should many gamers want it, even Lei Wulong will be in the game.

For now, however, it will be better for fans of Jun Kazama to not get their hopes up about her possible inclusion in "Tekken 7."

Of course, there are a lot to look forward to in the game as developer Capcom is doing its best to give fans the richest fighting game experience.

Akuma from "Street Fighter" has been introduced in "Fated Retribution" with all his signature moves and fighting style intact. Expect that Capcom will be making interesting additions to "Tekken 7" as well.
