She assured fans that while no new episodes will be out this year, the final installments of the series will be nothing short of extraordinary.

The white student defends that he is only celebrating his favorite rapper but the offended party believes it is nothing but pure mockery and racism. Weiss also teased that she is now looking for the perfect title for the finale of "Switched at Birth" season 5 and that the second to the last episode of the series was directed by one of the show's editors.
