Watch out, Winchester boys! The girls will reign supreme in the upcoming episode of "Supernatural" season 10.

In the episode titled "Girls, Girls, Girls," the brothers will have to face a coven of tough witches who are planning for huge scale destruction.

The official synopsis for the episode reads:

"Sam (Jared Padaleck) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) stumble upon a demon who is running from Crowley (Mark A. Sheppard). Before they have a chance to shut him down, Rowena (guest star Ruth Connell) steps in and takes things into her own hands. Realizing Rowena is trying to recruit and train followers in the art of witchcraft, Sam and Dean come up with a plan to catch her before she can do much damage. Meanwhile, Hannah (guest star Erica Carroll) runs into a blast from her vessel's past, which complicates things for her and Castiel (Misha Collins)."

Rowena was first seen in the last few moments of episode 3, sitting under the two lifeless bodies that she tied to the ceiling. It was established back then that the new character will be another major villain in the show, but fans will get to know more about her in the upcoming episode as she tries to recruit several women to build an army of witches.

The Winchester brothers realize the danger should she succeed with her plans, that is why they will have to come up with their own plan to stop the red-haired villain from causing too much damage.

Elsewhere, Castiel shares a tender moment with Hannah, but their relationship faces early trials as Hannah's past comes back to haunt her.

Aside from hunting down witches and demons, Dean has another concern: his love life. In this episode, Dean looks for love through a dating app. Sam taunts him because of this, to Dean's dismay.

"Supernatural" season 10 episode 7 airs on Tuesday, Nov. 25, on the The CW Network.
