Several hearts will be ripped in the next episode of "Supernatural" season 11.

Based on the trailer for the upcoming episode titled "Love Hurts," the Winchester brothers will investigate a series of crimes where the victims have their hearts ripped out. Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam (Jared Padalecki) initially thought that the crimes were caused by a werewolf. But they realize that an ancient curse that marked the next person to die with a kiss should be blamed for the numerous crimes that happened right around the Valentine's Day.

The official synopsis for the episode reads:

"Sam and Dean investigate a set of murders on Valentine's Day and discover they are dealing with an ancient curse. Once kissed by the curse, the person is marked to die."

However, the trailer also shows that Dean will have a little fun during the episode that airs on Feb 10, as Sam spots a little hickey on his brother's neck.

Meanwhile, the Winchesters remain clueless about Amara's (Emily Swallow) whereabouts, and they have no clue where Castiel (Misha Collins) went to find her. They also have no idea that Lucifer (Mark Pelligrino) is disguising as Castiel after their close friend agreed to let the fallen angel use his body in hopes of defeating The Darkness. But how will they react when they learn about this set-up?

The Winchesters' attempt to beat Amara/The Darkness will continue until episode 14 titled "The Vessel," where Dean will be sent by Castiel/Lucifer back in time to search for the most powerful weapon to defeat the brothers' biggest enemy yet.

The synopsis for the episode reads:

"Hoping to find a weapon powerful enough to defeat Amara, Dean convinces 'Castiel,' who is still Lucifer, to send him back in time to the last reported sighting of the Hand of God. Lucifer sees the potential in getting his hands on this weapon so goes along as Castiel and sends Dean to 1944 to the fated submarine mission that sunk the Hand of God. Meanwhile, continuing his charade with Sam while they wait for Dean's return, Lucifer plans his next move."

The episode will air on The CW on Feb. 17.
