Things will be different at the Pearson-Specter-Litt law firm once "Suits" returns for its fifth season. This will be particularly true for Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty), since by the end of season 4, she left her post as his secretary and accepted a job offer from his long-time rival Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman).

Rafferty confirmed in an interview with TV Fanatic that Donna will also be greatly affected by her departure from Harvey's office. According to the actress, Donna's life will be complicated in "Suits" season 5 since she will be involved in a "not so very rosy situation," and she is somewhat "stuck" between the animosity of her former and new bosses.

The actress also said that Donna will try to force Harvey into discussing what is going on between them. Fans will recall that in the season 4 finale, he admitted that he has feelings for her. But Rafferty said that it will be a very big challenge for Donna to do that.

Meanwhile, Gina Torres, the actress who plays the role of Harvey's law firm partner Jessica Pearson, told TV Fanatic in an interview that Donna's decision to leave her role as Harvey's secretary could pave a way for a new character to fill in her role in Harvey's life, as well as allow more people from the firm to have a deeper relationship with the cold and selfish lawyer.

Actress Christina Cole has been reported to be joining the series as Dr. Paula Agard, Harvey's personal therapist who will help him deal with all his flaws and the abandonment from Donna. Another reported appearance in the upcoming season is that of former NBA star Charles Barkley, who is expected to guest star in the third episode.

Meanwhile, the next season will also feature Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) and Rachel Zane's (Meghan Markle) engagement, and their challenges before they finally get married.

"Suits" season 5 will premiere on June 24.
