Avid "Street Fighter 5" gamers now have the option to upgrade the fight costume of their chosen game character as Capcom has recently released a "Battle Costume" downloadable content (DLC) for the game.

According to reports, the latest DLC for the game comes with a price of $30 and includes all the 16 "fisticuff-friendly outfits." While gamers have the option to purchase a costume for $3 each, it goes without saying the "Battle Costume" bundle is the most economical choice for those who wish to have all the 16 new fighting garbs.

It was only last month when Capcom released "Street Fighter 5" Work Costumes for Alex, R. Mika, and Chun-Li. The said update on the aforementioned character costumes was based on how developers imagine what they would wear if they were not fighters. Hence, Alex is given a firefighter costume, R. Mika a cheerleader garb, and Chun-Li gets a business attire.

The "Battle Costume" bundle for the PlayStation 4 (PS4) and PC can now be downloaded through the PlayStation Store and from Steam.

Meanwhile, apart from releasing the "Battle Costumes" Bundle, Capcom has also recently revealed that it is ushering in a new character into the world of "Street Fighter 5," Ed. It has been learned that Ed is psych-powered and is equipped with V-Skill and V-Trigger abilities. He was abducted at a young age and was experimented upon by S.I.N. for the purpose of making his body a replacement for M. Bison. Because of the said experiment, Ed's body aged faster than normal humans, hastening his body's readiness for a battle. Ed's fighting is anchored on his boxing ability that can be enhanced by his Psycho Power.

Capcom is expected to announce the release of Ed on "Street Fighter 5" soon as he and other previously announced characters for the game just finished a CFN Beta event yesterday.
