EA celebrates "Star Wars" day with bonuses and free game trials. EA

EA has prepared tons of goodies for the highly anticipated "Star Wars" day on May 4 (or more appropriately, May the 4th). "Star Wars Battlefront" players will particularly be happy about this news.

Players who log in on "Star Wars Battlefront" on May 4 will be rewarded with 4444 credits (consumable only for the whole day) that they can use on Star Cards, blasters or the upcoming Jabba the Hutt challenge.

The powerful gangster is back with a special new mission just for May the 4th. Players are tasked to complete bounties and spend around 3800 to 8000 credits to score the new Bacta Bomb Star Card, which should help extend the life of both players and their allies.

EA also believe that May 4 is the perfect day for players who haven't played "Star Wars Battlefront" to explore the acclaimed shooter. At exactly 11 a.m. PT on "Star Wars" day, players can try the game on Origin for four hours.

All the maps, missions and game modes will be available to play. The DLCs won't be, but the content is always available when they decide to purchase a copy of the game for themselves.

"Star Wars: Old Republic" gamers won't be left out on May 4 as well. Simply logging in on the game can snatch players the M4-I6 Zakuulan Astromech Droid mini-pet.

Also, for a whole week starting tomorrow May 3, there will be Double XP, Double Commendations in PvP, Double Requisitions in Starfighter and Double Legacy to be given away.

Players won't have to wait until May 4 to try out "Knights of the Fallen Empire" for free because today up to May 30, the title will be playable. Gamers will start from Chapter 1: The Hunt.

Double Drop Events are ongoing in "Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes." Players can earn rewards in different game modes each day until May 5. On "Star Wars" Day, players of the game will be able to score 25 percent more Crystals for the same price.
