"Sky Haven," an airport tycoon simulation game being developed and will be published by Real Welders, is scheduled to release sometime this year for Microsoft Windows and Mac.

According to Real Welders, the idea of building an airport-simulation game came after hearing all sorts of complaints about airports — congested halls, bothersome layouts, baffling navigation and lack of cafes or bathrooms. Real Welders made "Sky Haven" to help players build their ideal airport.

Players will start with very basic services by researching and attracting domestic and international airlines as well as preparing for big planes and passenger traffic. From then on, players will have to choose and make their own airports. There are no rules on how players should create their airports — they will be the one deciding on everything.

Players start the creation of their airports by carefully planning and building spaces inside the terminal, the layout of the airport apron, smart taxiway networks by connecting aircraft stands with runways and other important areas of the airport such as check-in counters, security checks and boarding gates.

While doing so, players must learn how to manage their funds carefully as well. All the necessary merchandise, equipments, interior services (check-in officers, ramp agents and cleaning services, for example), vehicles (buses and aircrafts), buildings (aircraft stairs, airport traffic control or ATC tower and jet bridges) and customer conveniences (seats, cafes or bathrooms) cost money so players must learn how to manage their funds well.

The Steam page of the game lists the minimum system requirements for Microsoft Windows and Mac. The minimum system requirements for Microsoft Windows are as follows — Windows 7 or newer operating system (OS); Intel i5-2300/AMD FX-4300 processor; 8 Gigabyte (GB) random-access memory (RAM); Nvidia GTX 560 (2 GB)/AMD Radeon 7850 graphics card; DirectX Version 10; 5 GB available storage space; and DirectX Compatible sound card. The minimum system requirements for Mac are as follows — OS X Mavericks 10.9 or newer; Intel i5-2300/AMD FX-4300 processor; 8 GB RAM; and Nvidia GTX 560 (2GB)/AMD Radeon 7850 graphics card.
