HBO has dropped a new trailer for "Silicon Valley" season 5.

After a long hiatus, the comedy series is set to return next month with all new episodes. HBO has unveiled a new sneak peek for season 5 and it seems the Pied Piper crew does not even mention anything about Erlich (T.J. Miller). This might be because they already have enough problems on their hands.

The clip opens with Richard (Thomas Middleditch) in the hospital. To get their New Internet up, Gilfoyle (Martin Starr) said the company needed to add "a bunch of randos" they have never even met. Dinesh (Kumail Nanjiani) gets furious after Richard (Thomas Middleditch) waives the company's "no dogs" policy, which later on leads to pups taking over the office.

In addition, the trailer implies Richard is still determined to successfully make a decentralized Internet. Series creator Mike Judge previously explained this major plot point back in June, saying how close it is to reality.

"The science is pretty solid," Judge stated in June. "We try to vet it through a lot of different people. A lot of times there's an explanation that may take more explaining than we care to do in dialogue with the characters ... But given that the compression algorithm is fictitious but supposedly somebody could [create this] — everything else is solid. And there are people working on this decentralized version of the internet, so that is something that is happening."

As previously reported, T.J. Miller will no longer be back to reprise the role of Erlich Bachman. Miller was not fired, though, because he exited the series on his own accord to focus more on his other projects, including doing stand-ups.

Miller's breakout character was written out in a rather unexpected way. After traveling to China and meeting up with Gavin Belson (Matt Ross), Erlich went to an opium den in Tibet. He got so high that he can barely walk, so Gavin took advantage of the situation. The former Hooli CEO paid the drug den owner a hefty amount just to keep Erlich there for five years.

"Silicon Valley" season 5 premieres Sunday, March 25, at 10 p.m. EST on HBO.
