Rumors are starting to pile up about the alleged specs of Samsung's next-generation flagship phone, the Samsung Galaxy S6.

Based on the latest report from Patently Apple, Korean news mentioned that the upcoming model of the Samsung Galaxy S line will be featuring the groundbreaking technology that uses "magnetic resonance" for wireless charging. The talks about this type of wireless charging technology has been going around for quite some time, and speculations were saying that it will first arrive on Apple product accessories as well as on various smart TVs. However, it seems that the future flagship smartphone product from the South Korean electronics and consumer products manufacturer will be the first one to use it.

Meanwhile, an insider report posted on the SamMobile website stated that they can finally verify the reports that Samsung is currently making a two-edge display on the Galaxy S6, just like what the company did on its Samsung Note Edge. The upcoming smartphone model will reportedly have an enhanced function that is not included in the earlier Edge device.  According to SamMobile's sources, the alleged Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge gives the option of working on both the left- and the right-hand modes.

"You will have an option to choose favourite contacts and an ability to assign specific colours to them," the insider said.

Other speculations about the soon-to-be released Samsung Galaxy S6 mention that the device will come out with a Snapdragon 810 or a Samsung-made Exynos chip 64-bit processor. It will also have a powerful 4 GB RAM, as well as a 20-megapixel primary shooter that could take clearer photos compared to its predecessor.

Earlier reports were saying that Samsung decided not to push through with its plans to release an all-metal Samsung Galaxy S6, but there is no confirmation about it. The device is also predicted to be released during the Mobile World Congress trade show in Barcelona, happening from March 2 to 5.  However, all these speculations are still unconfirmed at the moment.
