Samsung finally unveiled the Galaxy Note 5 during the Unpacked 2015 event Thursday in New York, and most of the major U.S. network providers started to offer the device alongside the new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ today.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5, which comes with a 5.7-inch touchscreen QHD with 1440 x 2560 resolution Super-AMOLED display with a pixel density of 515 ppi, is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Exynos 7420 processor with quadruple Cortex-A57 cores clocked at 2.1 GHz and quadruple Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.5 GHz and 4 GB of LPDDR4 RAM.

Compared to the other Samsung Galaxy products, the new Samsung Galaxy Note 5 no longer has a built-in microSD slot and its battery is a fast charging 3000 mAh non-removable battery. The new fast charging technology can fully-charge the device in just 90 minutes when wired, while the wireless charging system can complete the charging process in approximately 120 minutes.

The latest Samsung Galaxy Note edition comes with a 16-megapixel primary rear camera with f/1.9 aperture as well as optical image stabilization. Its secondary camera, on the other hand, is at 5 megapixels.

The major U.S. mobile network carriers have varied offers and promos for the new Samsung Galaxy Note 5. The networks offer the device at no-contract prices. The most affordable offer comes from Verizon, with the 32 GB edition priced at $698 and the 64 GB version, at $792. T-Mobile, on the other hand, offers the device for $699.99 and $779.99, respectively; and AT&T offers the latest phablet for $739.99 and $839.99. Sprint sells the device for $720 to $816 for both variants.

The network providers will also include added perks for those who will pre-order the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 starting today.

Sprint will include a Galaxy Tab 4 for free to those who will pre-order the Galaxy Note 5 or the Galaxy S6 Edge+ if they will avail a two-year contract and a monthly data plan.

Meanwhile, T-Mobile will add a free Netflix subscription for one year for those who will sign up for the pre-order promo starting Aug. 20 and purchase the phone by Sept. 30.

Best Buy is also providing a free wireless charger with every purchased and activated Samsung Galaxy Note 5 plan. They will also include a $200 Best Buy Gift Card for those who will trade in their old but working smartphone.

AT&T and Verizon also have pre-order deals, but they still have not revealed any detailed information at the moment.
