"Rick and Morty" Season 3 is coming back to get some of their fans and viewers' wishes fulfilled according to Shockya. The first two seasons covered more on storytelling though storyline continues in third season, series creators Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland revealed about exciting new characters entering the picture.

Showrunners are still having a hard time deciding on what to focus on next in the storyline of Adult Swim drama. Although, Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon during the San Diego Comic Convention 2016 hinted at angling at something different for the season 3, as Beth and Jerry's storyline will have some progress next season.

Season 3 is still under production, but one of the possible things to look forward to in the upcoming season of the Adult Swim series could be an interdimensional cable plot which fans have been hoping to see since the first season.

Harmon commented that they thought of having Beth and Jerry divorced when they first started out Rick and Morty. However, later on, the writers realized that they needed to move forward with Beth's story.

Indeed, some exciting details about Rick and Morty" Season 3 were unveiled at San Diego. Including two new clips that hint at a possible release later this year on Adult Swim.

The good news is that "Rick and Morty" is expected to see the return of former characters such as the Meeseeks for a third season. And to thed delight of many, audience might get to suggest tweeks in the story line. It seems the proposed plot for season 3 does not seem to be working out. So, while the writers are busy trying to pen down their ideas and eventually connect them, Roiland has decided to include the fans on their take. With audience participation, "Rick and Morty" season 3 could turn out different and improved", he said.
