Will Mary (Adelaide Kane) and Francis (Toby Regbo) ever find their happy ending without having to go through a lot or turmoil first, just like what is lurking ahead of them in the upcoming episode of "Reign" season 2?
Princess Claude's (Rose Williams) unexpected visit to her mother Catherine (Megan Follows) last episode brought discord among the residents of the Court. She quickly became an ally of Queen Mary, while Kenna felt more worthless when Claude suddenly dissed her during the party.
But she is the least of the problems that the royals would face in the eighth episode of "Reign" season 2. The CW released the official synopsis for next week's episode titled "Terror of the Faithful," which reads:
"Protestants will end up, getting harmed by Vatican inquisitors, causing things to get real bumpy between Mary and Francis. Elsewhere, Condé is going to get captured after he makes a bold declaration. Catherine will come up short at finding a suitor for Claude; and Narcisse will give Lola a ride home."
There will be a lot of interesting points in the upcoming episode, yet it can get pretty dark as the religious war takes place. Will this be the event that Narcisse (Craig Parker) has long been waiting for in order to stage the revenge that he is plotting all this time?
"Reign" is an American teen drama with a fictional historical plot that revolves around the reign of Mary, Queen of Scots, in France in 1557. Mary had been engaged to Francis II, the future King of France, since they were young, but she also harbors secret romantic feelings toward his half-brother Bash (Torrance Coombs). However, Mary and Francis' wedding is constantly delayed, partly due to his mother Catherine's intervention because she believes that her son will die because of Nostradamus' prediction.
