The latest trailer for "Pretty Little Liars" season 6 is out. But did it also give a clue about Charlotte's (Vanessa Ray) real killer?

In the previous episode, Charlotte was pushed to death from the church's bell tower the night after she was released from the sanitarium. The Liars all returned to Rosewood to help Ali (Sasha Pieterse) appeal for the release of her sister, but it does not mean that none of them is responsible for the crime.

At the end of episode 11 titled "Of Late I Think of Rosewood," police officer Lorenzo (Travis Winfrey) told the Liars to spend more time in their hometown so it's easier for them to report to the police station whenever they need to participate in the investigation. This pinned Hanna (Ashley Benson), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Spencer (Troian Bellisario), and Aria (Lucy Hale) back to where they left off.

In the recently released promo video for the episode titled "Charlotte's Web" evidence shows that Aria might be the one who shoved Charlotte to her death.

The trailer reveals that Aria sneaked out of Hanna's hotel suite when all of them passed out after a night of too much drinking. She was also seen talking with a panicked-looking Ezra (Ian Harding) in the hotel lobby based on the footage captured on the hotel's surveillance camera.

Out of all the Liars, Aria was the one who was very vocal about not wanting to see Charlotte out of the mental hospital. She told the court that she is still traumatized with all the torture that they have been through because of her. Is this enough reason for Aria to kill Ali's sister?

The official synopsis for the episode for "Pretty Little Liars" season 6 episode 12 reads:

"As the girls are forced to stay in Rosewood, questions about the new mystery surface. A restless Aria starts to look suspicious as she heads back to Boston a little too quickly. But could Aria really be the one behind this? As Spencer, Emily and Hanna find themselves back in familiar territory, they aren't happy with going about solving this puzzle 'the old way.'"

"Pretty Little Liars" season 6 episode 12 airs on Tuesday, Jan. 19, on Freeform.
