'Pretty Little Liars' season 6 episode 18 spoilers: An explosion happens at a party

Aria faces Detective Tanner in the next episode of Pretty Little Liars season 6. Freeform

An explosive surprise awaits the Liars in the next episode of "Pretty Little Liars" season 6.

Based on the synopsis for the upcoming episode, Hanna (Ashley Benson), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Aria (Lucy Hale), and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) will try to keep their silence after Emily was almost killed in the previous episode.

The official synopsis for the episode titled "Burn This" reads:

"After the stalker nearly killed Emily, the Liars begin to take the threats more seriously and attempt to keep their mouths shut to prevent any further harm. Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) must deal with the collateral damage of taking the blame for the leak about Yvonne (Kara Royster); Spencer tries to comfort him and get him to tell the truth. Emily goes on a mission to track down who came after her. Aria and Ezra (Ian Harding) move forward with the novel. Meanwhile, Hanna avoids dealing with her personal life."

But it seems like the Liars are also contemplating going to the cops to possibly tell them what they know about the Charlotte's (Vanessa Ray) death. However, the trailer for the episode shows that Aria may also get in trouble with the authorities.

Meanwhile, the trailer also shows that Toby (Keegan Allen) will throw an angry punch at Caleb. While the video does not reveal the reason why the Toby becomes furious with his old friend, speculations claim that he could have gotten hurt when he found out that Caleb is already dating his ex-girlfriend Spencer. Other speculations said that Toby got angry when Caleb admitted that he was the one who leaked Yvonne's past abortion.

The trailer also reveals that Emily will question Mona (Janel Parrish) about her possible involvement in the attack that happened to her during the previous episode. Then the Liars' lives will once again be in danger after an explosion happened during a party.

"Pretty Little Liars" season 6 episode 18 airs Tuesday, March 1, on Freeform.
